"Click N' Pick" allows your customers to place their orders and pay for them online, like they normally would. However, instead of shipping the orders to the customer, the Click N' Pick system allows the customer to tell you when he or she will come by your store to pick up their purchase! That's right - no shipping, and the best part is, you get more foot traffic into your store!

Click N' Pick works like this:

  • Your customer places their order through your WebStoresPRO.com store. Before they checkout and pay for the order, the customer checks the "Click N' Pick" box, and indicates what store location (optional), and the time they will be by to pick up their order. Then they pay for the order, and get a receipt (with a tracking number) that they will present when picking up their purchase.
  • You receive the order, note the time they will be by to pick up their purchase, and fill it.
  • When the customer arrives to retrieve their purchase, you ask for their tracking number, confirm that the tracking number is correct, and hand them their order. Now that the customer is in your store, you have the chance to turn their visit into a sales opportunity!
